1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hstockhub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Buyer Rules, and Seller Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Hstockhub. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Verification

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Email verification (via 6-digit code) is required before purchasing.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secret.
• You may register via email/password or via "Continue with Google" OAuth.

4. Role of Hstockhub as a Marketplace

Hstockhub is a digital marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. We are not the seller of any product unless explicitly stated. We do not pre-verify each individual item but we operate a review/approval process and a dispute system.

5. Payments & Balance

• All transactions are conducted in USD using the internal balance system.
• We do not store external payment card details on our servers.
• Balance is non-refundable to external payment methods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Hstockhub name, logo, design, and platform code are property of Hstockhub. All third-party trademarks and brand logos displayed (e.g. Instagram, Steam) belong to their respective owners and are shown only for identification/categorization purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use the Platform to commit fraud, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, deploy bots, harass other users, post illegal content, or violate the laws of your country.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hstockhub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform actions on purchased accounts.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hstockhub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or the supporting rules pages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hstockhub is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
