Buyer Rules

Read carefully before purchasing. By making a purchase on Hstockhub, you accept the rules below and the specific "Rules of Purchasing" set by the individual seller of the product.
1. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your Hstockhub login credentials confidential. We will never ask for your password.
- One account per person. Multi-account or shared accounts may be permanently banned without refund.
- Your registered email must be valid and accessible — order details, top-up confirmations, and security alerts are sent there.
2. Balance & Payments
- All purchases on Hstockhub are made using your internal account balance.
- To buy products you must first top-up your balance using the methods listed in the dashboard (USDT, Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer).
- Top-up requests require manual admin verification and may take a few hours to credit.
- Balance is non-refundable to external accounts but can be used for any future purchase on Hstockhub.
- Promo bonuses, referral earnings, and refunds are also added to the same balance.
3. Digital Product Delivery
- Most products are delivered instantly as a downloadable .txt file in "My Orders" right after purchase.
- Products marked "Manual" or "24h" require manual processing by the seller. Delivery can take up to 24 hours (often much faster).
- Always check "My Orders" for the delivered content — do not rely on email alone.
- If a product is out of stock at the moment of purchase, the system will not allow you to buy it.
4. Replacement & Refund Policy
- Each seller defines their own replacement window and policy on their store page (look for "Rules of Purchasing" on the seller profile).
- Common replacement reasons accepted by most sellers: account is locked on first login, wrong credentials, incorrect product type.
- Replacement requests must be opened within the time window stated by the seller (usually 24h after delivery).
- Replacements are not guaranteed if: you logged in from multiple IPs/devices, changed account passwords/details, used the account for spam, fraud, or violating third-party platform rules.
- Open replacement requests via the Disputes page in your account menu.
5. Disputes
- If a seller does not respond to a replacement request, file a dispute with Hstockhub admin.
- Provide order number, the issue, and screenshots/proof. Admin reviews within 24–72 hours.
- If admin rules in your favor, the order is refunded to your balance.
- False or repeated bad-faith disputes may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited Use of Purchased Products
- You are responsible for how you use the accounts/services you purchase. Hstockhub does not condone or authorize illegal use.
- Strictly forbidden: spam, phishing, harassment, scams, fraud, child exploitation, terror-related activity, or violation of laws in your jurisdiction.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased account credentials outside Hstockhub is at your own risk and not protected by any seller policy.
7. Account Security
- Enable a strong, unique password for your Hstockhub account.
- Verify your email immediately after signup. Unverified accounts cannot purchase.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password right away and contact support.
- Login from multiple suspicious locations may trigger temporary account holds.
8. Communication with Sellers
- Use the in-platform Messages feature to contact a seller. Do not send personal contact info or attempt off-platform deals.
- Off-platform deals are not covered by Hstockhub protection and may lead to scam.
- Respect sellers — abusive language, threats, or harassment will result in suspension.
9. Reviews
- You may leave one review per product after a confirmed purchase.
- Reviews must reflect actual experience. False, biased, or paid reviews are removed.
- Personal attacks, profanity, and off-topic content are not allowed.
10. Service Availability
- Hstockhub may schedule downtime for maintenance.
- We do not guarantee any specific product or stock availability — products are listed by independent sellers.
11. Account Termination by Hstockhub
Hstockhub reserves the right to suspend, ban, or terminate any buyer account that violates these rules, attempts fraud, abuses the dispute system, or harms the platform's reputation. Remaining balance on terminated accounts may be forfeited.
12. Changes to Rules
These rules may be updated. Continued use of Hstockhub after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
